Where To Find Volleyball Hair Ribbon

Trophy City of Alicante - Playa del Postiguet Crossing (2000m) - 19/12/2010

The idea of \u200b\u200bmaking this trip arose chance. Speaking a day in the pool Alberto told me he would like to a marathon but I was too lazy to do it alone, and I replied that I was the same with hiking. He invited me to make the trip to the beach with fellow Postiguet Swim Club, and said and done. I have to say, to encourage people that to make a journey of this distance, ho need very specific training or dedication, to give you an idea, I go swimming twice a week for about 40 minutes each session. Another thing is that at the time in which the crossing takes place, the water is not warm exactly, I think it was about 14 degrees and good cold tolerance is quite personal. On 18 we Torrijos at various times, all who were to participate in the crossing Alberto, Aurora, Samuel, Iñaki, José Carlos, Palmy, Álvaro, Javier, Carlos Javier, Juan, Javier, Mario, Ismael, David and myself. I traveled in the car with John and with Mario Javier. During the trip the topic of conversation almost monograph was swimming and the curious thing is that unlike in other sports like athletics, when you talk to people the issue is often recurrent lesions, all the way did not come to anything that one would have been without swimming a season due to injury or something. This confirms what everyone more or less know that swimming gives you all the benefits of sport also has the advantage of not being at all aggressive with our body. Once we arrived at Alicante, we docked on the board and dinner. Then I went a little doubt hear comments like "so and so ... last year was with hypothermia in the shower 2 hours ..."," ... so cold that the water is hard to breathe ... ", etc. But anyway the next day when I went into the water was cold but once you gave four strokes was supported perfectly. The test itself was pretty quick, so the distance was not very long as the cold that makes you move faster to keep warm. The test environment was very good, like at a San Silvestre, with Santa Claus hats, hot chocolate buns after swimming, etc. AND BEST OF ALL THE COEXISTENCE WITH MY CO-DELIVERY, THANKS TO ALL, FOLLOW AND ENJOY THE SWIMMING AND MAKING THE CLUB AS A PEOPLE OF UPLAND TORRIJOS THAT THIS IS MORE SWIMMING IN A COSTA CRUISE. A conticuación some pictures of the test that I will expand as they become available.

How Not To Act To A Guy

The bicycle: a medicine Wheel Roller curls

The bicycle: a medicine Wheel

bicycle is a medicine on two wheels, and although STA discovered in Spain.

is clinically proven to be one of the most complete and universal to prevent back pain, protect joints and improve the circulatory system immune oe.

However, only 31% of the English population practice this activity as the first study on the use cycling in Spain.

still be discovered in Spain

69% of the English population admits that cycling, according to the first survey conducted by De moscopia on cycling in Spain.

Del third who ride bicycles, 48% admitted to take the bike at least once a month and makes it good for dive rsion moderate exercise. Unlike other European countries like Sweden and Germany where climatic conditions are not as favorable as in Spain, the use of the bicycle is nearly three times higher with use of 73 percent and 79 percent respectively. Social inclusion in Spain regions tend in a greater number of bicycle users are those of the north central (44.3%) - Navarra, La Rioja, Cantabria and Euskadi - and Asturias and Galicia (35%) to Unlike Madrid (25.5%) and the Canary Islands (10.3%) having the lowest levels of users.

More than half (57%) of respondents used English ma s the bicycle if they knew that cycling as a positive impact on the welfare of health - weight loss keep fit, reduce cholesterol levels, maintain a healthy heart, increase the capacity of lungs and prevent back pain and stiffness .- However it is noteworthy that 80% of the population is not aware of all these positive aspects that make the bike a more complete activities and universal p ara get a physical and mental wellbeing.

This survey was developed with a stra furniture English representative of 1,000 nationwide to Selle Royal, the company itali ana saddle maker, who wants to show the multiple benefits of cycling.

First study Health and bike

The report "Health and Bike" deals in detail with the effects p or pliant cycling on joints, back, and on the circulatory and immune system and represents the largest study so far has been carried out on the benefits of cycling for health.

Cycling strengthens the body and soul. This has been the result of this study published by the Health Center German Sport University (DSHS) in the city of Cologne for saddle manufacturer Selle Royal. University German Sport is one of the most recognized worldwide for its research work in sports medicine and sports physiological studies.

"Who rides a bike regularly, it saves physician visits, medications and even very expensive treatments. Although not begin regular exercise into old age, the results are palpable . People who suffer the typical symptoms pain is
Palden, overweight and other cardiovascular diseases may share many years of good health, if they decide to use more than the bike, "says Dr. Froböse , president of the Center DSHS health coordinator princip to this new study.

The analysis of these studies show that the most common health problems such as discomfort or back pain and irregularities of the heart or circulatory
can prevent by cycling.

Improved circulatory system functions

A balanced activity such as cycling, reduce the risk of stroke by more than 50%. Prof. Froböse explains, "the heart rate increases and the pressure low, in a nutshell: saving the heart works. The sport is negative reduces cholesterol, which is responsible for the calcification of blood vessels. In contrast, the amount of good cholesterol, which is responsible for the protection of blood vessels increases. As a result the blood vessels more flexible, the sedimentation of the plate appears less frequently and reduce the risk of arterial calcification.

Bicycling helps prevent heart failure, one of l as main causes 150,000 deaths each year. "

Prevention back pain

The back also benefits from cycling. When the cyclist takes the optimal position in the saddle with his torso leaning slightly forward, the back muscles are under tension and stabilize the trunk. The regular movements of legs especially strengthen the lower back and prevent the appearance of a herniated disc.

Summarizing the data from the study by Professor Froböse "The back muscles are strengthened thanks to the sport and keeps the spine protected from vibration and shock." Finally, cycling also stimulates the small muscles of the vertebrae dorsal than through traditional gym exercises only get to be stimulated and stretched with little effort. These benefits make cycling an ideal activity for people with back pain.

protects joints

Cycling is very advantageous for the knee joints and that 70-80% of body weight is cushioned by the seat. For this reason cycling is a good alternative to jogging because the joints and cartilage do not have to bear the overload, as proven by Professor Froböse. Cyclical movements that are made to ride represent a minimal burden on joints and ensure optimal situation for cartilage support. If your joints bear little pressure, energy and nutrients can be spread more easily through cartilage.

Those who protect your joints regularly cycling, thus preventing the risk of becoming ill with arthritis and also ensure that walking and running does not involve or No problem with the passage of time.

positive influence on the immune system

regularly cycling affects so positive and l immune system. The body of cyclists off chemicals that improve mood and make there is a welfare state. Phagocytes, bacteria-eating cells of the human body are immediately mobilized through the pedal, to kill bacteria and cancer cells.

For this reason cycling is used as therapy for cancer and AIDS. But also takes advantage of this simple method of locomotion he wants, prevention, strengthen your body against infectious diseases.

Small

effort, great results

The study shows with detailed proposals as to a person who normally cycling exercises will be scheduled for optimum results on your health. The duration and frequency of routes must be adjusted according to the physical condition, age and achieve desired results.

Only 10 minutes of pedaling and affect the muscles, the laughs go blood and joints. After 30 minutes displayed a positive influence on heart function, and from 50 minutes is stimulated fat metabolism. Regular cyclists can significantly enhance these results by consistently practicing the sport in their spare time.

In this way a woman between 45 and 60 years may increase three times the benefits to your immune system, if instead of 20 minutes, cycling 60 minutes a day. Cycling brings incredible benefits to health in no time, this phenomenon should facilitate the decision to dust off our old bike.

Bonefish Grill In Ohio Near Atkin

winter we have less time (or anything on weekdays) to get on bike and may be good time to ask the purchase of a roll. I already had one of the classics that hold the rear wheel and just picked up because I'm quite lazy to do sports "indoor", but Adrian if you picked up from time to time, but had to be riding the bike, let the wheels flat, made a terrible noise and it is boring so I decided to buy one of three rulos.El model I bought was the " Tacx Antares " I had got a little scared with how difficult it is to ride in it, but nothing . Adrian in 5 minutes I was rolling and I am more clumsy than 10 minutes and was giving up pedals. I think maybe it's the way it has, because the rollers are slightly convex and it helps you stay focused. I see nothing but advantages to this type of roller, quiet, flat wheels do not stop, do not ride the bike, pedal feel is very similar to the road, forcing you to stay straight and stay focused, etc. In short for now I'm quite happy with the choice. Below you can see a small video with my first pedal soblre roll (with aluminum bike with normal sports just in case).

MTB Marathon Carpio de Tajo 10/10/2010 Santa

third consecutive year the marathon was held MTB Carpio de Tajo, that is gelled between tests in the area. The organization had to improvise a new route due to heavy rains the previous day, and I think they have come a worthy circuit without leaving much of the town and completely cyclable despite the mud on the roads. This mud attached to the constant rolling hills of the second part of the route have made the race durum. Many faces of the Cycling Club and Team Torrijeño Todobici Torrijos at exit: Cesar, Jacinto, Antonio, Hugo, Santi, Adolfo, Javier, Yago, Luis, Daniel, Adrian and myself (forgive if I forget someone). Jacinto Cesar and are becoming addicted to suffering in this weekend, but I know have fun Jacinto much but had a couple of punctures in the race. Hugo finished as a wild boar suffering like everyone else and our team Santi, Yago, Javier, Dani, Luis and Adrian did a great paper with three podiums from Javier, Yago and Dani and the top-ranked teams. I did the race with my son Adrian. It was the first time that Adrian was many miles in the race (left to the final 48 km) and outputs but has many more miles is not the same exit "walk" to go the 48 miles on a tough circuit in itself dándo all or most of what you have. Surely soon, will you talk so compassionate about me. I have to say has been a pleasure to do the race with him, thing that has made the morning is twice as rewarding. The circuit having a first part quite bearable to the concrete ramp that goes up to channel and from there was hardening with continuous rolling hills to cross the road from La Puebla and another set of ramps chaining hard (this stretch coincided well with duathlon held this year) to reach the village after a fall with lots of sand but you could have fun because I was quite compacted by the rains. Once in town and to address the line we have a fairly steep road that ran to the plaza. As early goal to replenish fluids and forces while performing the trophy and prize draw and crumbs to top the party who wanted them. I encourage the organization to continue with this exciting career. As you go up taking photos of:

III MTB Race Olalla 3-October-2010

For the third year the race was held in Santa Olalla MTB, and my impression, I think with record participation. Emaneció morning fresh and windy that the circuit would not be nowhere near as smooth as set by their slopes. Adrian and I got up at 8 or so, had breakfast and went to Santa Olalla bike to warm things up. Upon arrival we saw a few friends of the Club with the intention of getting a good morning and I think MTB by the comments after the race they were. Once up the ridge on the bike, around neutralized by the people and already once on the road, rolling start. That looked like a stampede of horses, because we were on the highway and not start standing up, had to see the dust that we were going to swallow us back. Start the race and as I told a friend a few years ago I raised it from least to most (or at least not more or less), ie start regulating and watching over the wind hit. I slowly tracing positions, lame Jacinto, Carlitos, Antonio, ... and as I see that I carry a slightly higher rate I pull up I see only the back to Peter Pastilla press a little to pick it up and see that more or less has my pace, so I already had running mate. We got along quite well during the two rounds we took together and we were also catching a few. The first part of the circuit with the air of face was veeeeery plague, and I have to say about going to conference on the roads, not like the road between ruts, potholes, sand, etc. notes not far from the energy savings on the road. And to finish the second round dismissal of catch Gustavo, snuggles up to us a group of two or three who came from behind and after going for a while wheel, we get the ax. I mention this because I was funny the commentary of Peter to finish the race "... because I could not hear me speak but this ...". Well, finally we got together, Peter, Gustavo and who writes. I finished the race with a good feeling and strength, indicating that I was not properly regulating cebarme at first. Then, the truth is that we were treated very well with drinks, runner's bag, sandwich, paella, etc., so that a good morning of MTB. Indeed, in the debut race of the MTB-team Torrijos cyclocross (still do not know which is the official name ...). Below I put a few photos:

III Athletic Association Fun Run Holiday Torrijos

Like all past two years, after nearly coming to vacation, we popular career-Torrijos (apart from the Mountain Bike Carmena also a classic for riding a bike), organized by the Athletic Association. From here I want to make public the good work of the board, miembors of the association, volunteers, runners, City, Civil Protection, municipal, business partners, etc. (Forgive if I miss any group) that make this race is increasingly larger in all respects. Despite being near the holidays as I said, I think all the participants enjoyed the race but we lack a mile to roll or rhythm is not that still want. I sincerely believe that for most of us that is not very important and only the fact of running in my town as I do with people cheering is not enough incentive to pass a very good morning. It's very nice to hear some words of encouragement while you're suffering, and those little white lies of "... we are going very well ...". I hope this race continues to grow and become a popular career reference area (if it already is not). Then I'll give the report of my Garmin, if you see the show details not seen the matric system units in the upper right corner of the screen you have the drawing of a square to correct it.

How Much Does An Acyrlic Podium Cost

Álava (no bicycle or computer) Route

Because leisure and especially with the family is very important in our lives, in August as most people who have the fortune to work (which is something in this day and age) it's time to leave a few days of vacation and break the routine of the year, forget about work, time and yes, our beloved bicycle. As we are five and each think of a way, the holiday usually divide into two parts, the first we usually go to mountain areas and make excursions around (holidays) and in part segtunda few days we'll frolic the beach. This year we decided to Álava, a province just over tourist unknown speaking, and make a series of visits around the area. Well worth a visit for traveling through the area I will propose the following:

  • Marques de Riscal Winery . It is best to arrange a visit in advance to see the whole complex of the city of wine where you can admire the magnificent building designed by Frank O. Gehry which houses a hotel.
  • Getxo. Both the Vizcaya Bridge as its promenade, are a must if you are near the area. Salt
  • Añana . Actualmante are being restored and can reliza a guided tour.
  • Valderejo Natural Park. Apart from its scenic and natural values, what I liked about this park is the little impact of visitors and surrounding villages in the environment. So that you can do some of the park roads with little people watching. Unlike other more established park where it seems to go on pilgrimage. Vitoria
  • . In addition to the cultural value of the city, she can find plenty of places to enjoy their snacks such as BBQ Sagartoki (place we went by chance).
All tours are conducted from Villanañe, a small village in the municipality of penteneciente Valdegovía , which has a pleasant climate, with temperatures above 30 degrees the day dawns sunny in the middle of August and where the evening cool enough to make use of a polar similar pledge.
Then I leave a small sample of the photos we took:

Convert Fireplace Gas Stater To Full Gas

the Torrijos-bath-Torrijos Slut

Santiago's Day, we have not brought as much heat as expected for this route of 140 km at an average of 27.6 km / h with a cumulative altitude of 1563 meters. At 7:30 we were in the Plaza del Cristo Perita, Charly, Santi, Beatriz, Adrian, Joshua, Carrillo and who writes (José Luis). For scheduling problems Angel threw for another course to reach the Puebla de Montalbán. After the Puebla and from the River Tagus to the top of the Baths of the Slut as well shown in the profile, was an area that was constantly rising. As I said earlier the right temperature accompanied us throughout the stage making it easier to climb to the port and started our way back to Torrijos after getting water in San Pablo de los Montes. There we met a group of cyclists from Toledo and surrounding area, aided by Josue imprimeron a rate of return to Puebla, about 40 km / h (from here to thank for this support group Toledano upwind). Once in Puebla we separated the two groups each toward our destinies. I will make a special mention to experts after 15 days' leave to be stopped looking at the trout that went with dish (this is what he says, do not think that I lost the head) made the path almost disheveled, unkempt good but little, because he kept intact his toupee while having beers with lemon and Torrijos.
Then I leave the profile and details of the route:

How To Take Apart Chair Caster

This step was unprecedented for me, the truth is that I was surprised by the rise to Casillas, especially in the beginning with the ramp 18% for warmth. A total of 120 km with 1507 meters of accumulated slope (133 to Santi and me with the "trickle down" of the beltway). Then I show the profile and details of the route.

Wwe Diva With Biggest Boobs

Casillas Route Travel to the French Atlantic Pyrenees Route

Before telling the chronicle I would like to thank my traveling companions Joaquin "experts", Charly, Hugo "Goat Pasodoble", "Trinka", "Fran", Isabel, Pedro Aguado, Pedro father, Pedro "Cansa wolves, "Eugenio" Entoligao "Carlos, Adolfo" paraphernalia "," Josete "and Adri" Leoncito ", for making me spend a few moments so good not just cycling, but also living together. This has made the trip very doubly special. The record I will break in deliveries will update as I have time. I know that those who have not participated in this adventure as they find it hard, but I am convinced that we have been like us recall all the time.

Day 1.

06/25/2010 5:45 am was the time chosen to leave for France, the group of Torrijos stood in front of the house of Adolfo, who was there on time you enter for once and expect to arrive with their passengers Joaquín. All faced more or less sleep and talking to Hugo 120 words per minute (it's amazing how this man can talk that way at that time). Hugo gave us a "walkie" to go with the car reported as "experts" and arrancaqmos Quismondo direction to unite with the rest of the group. We had not reached the Red Cross when Adrian tells me that takes control of the TV in the kitchen in the hat (I'm still wondering how it got there as command and did not realize that it had been in the hat). After returning the command met with co-Maqueda Quismondo and to move toward our destiny, "Eaux Bonnes" in the Atlantic Pyrenees near the French Pyrénées. You can imagine Hugo and "experts" with a "walkie" type of talks were "... a mum mummy two ...., aaaaaaaaaaah eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh, you are a" tired wolves "and I am going to remove eyes on the Marie Blanque ...". As we arrived at Zaragoza Joaquin enlivening us with a Jacks going for the "walkie" until a roundabout, we see that Peter slows down to stop, get off the car before we were placed beside the road a table 2x1 with chairs and before the table was Carlos with ham in the ham perfectly arranged by slicing, cutting father Peter and cheese tacos plenty of cold beers on top of the board, it really was "Guinness record." It was about 10:15 in the morning and we were eating early so that we do not weigh the gut in our ascension to the Marie Blanque. We picked up and followed the road trip to Portalet, we went into the Pyrenees and the landscape changed radically until we started to climb through to the top of Panticosa Portalet where we stopped to take some pictures. After this stop only we had a long descent of 28 kilometers on a beautiful valley and up to Eaux Bonnes that was the town where our hotel was in the same Aubisque. We arrived at the hotel and as we ubicábamos in our rooms, Pedro Aguado remember that he has left his boots in Torrijos, luckily coves were consistent with those of France and were able to leave. Before moving here, I want to thank Fran, Isabel and Peter's father for their invaluable logistical support and willingness to help other that we were going, without them the trip would not have been far less the same. Once unloaded the luggage, we went down to Laruns and after a few miles of flat and we started climbing Bielle way to the "Col de Marie Blanque," was the first of the climbs we had planned. The port of 11.5 miles, climbed by its eastern side is the softest, but the first five kilometers are of considerable hardness with ramps of several hundred meters above the 10% to pass the town Bilhères then find a clearing with a beautiful meadow to soften after his coronation to 1035 meters above sea level with slopes ranging from 6 to 2%. Profile and your route you can see the following:

After the rise and now back in Eaux Bonnes, we went to some hot springs that were next to the hotel where we relax our legs and we took a great massage with jets. Then we changed for dinner and see the victory of Spain to Chile to go to sleep the next day prontito presented hard.
Day 2. 26/06/2010

Although I put the alarm clock at 7:30, did not play, I think not only me, because at 6:30 and were Adolph and Eugene in the courtyard of the Hotel chatting and watching the first cyclist who was beginning the ascent to Aubisque at about 6:45. Adri and we wake up our outfits ready to fight with the "Coles" in the Pyrenees. The first member of the expedition see the hallway is Perita, asked "What about tonight?" and he says "I have not slept all night, I spent half the snoring hearing Hugo and the other half heard him shit ...", seemed that the day did not start what they say round for some. After a generous breakfast and 100 meters of descent, that is almost "door gayola", received the first of the two ports "hors categorie" of the day, the Aubisque, a port from Eaux Bonnes has 13 km with a constant slope close to 8%. According to Peter pill is the most beautiful port you have uploaded it in the Pyrenees, and the truth is that the rise is precious. We climbed the "tran tran" knowing that the journey was long and enjoy the scenery with a very pleasant temperature. In the ski resort of Gourette some we made a stop to shoot some photos with a series of peaks still snow in the background. We continue our ascent to the peak located at 1709 meters above sea level and there for us we regroup all the obligatory pictures with the bikes giant poster with the port. The atmosphere at the top and throughout the tour was fantastic, with cyclists of all ages and nationalities enjoying the sport and landscape. We started the decline of the port through the famous tunnel without light and face a small rise of about three or four miles to the Soulor cabbage. After a long descent would have about 20 miles to Argeles Gazost to go on a road approaching plague that was chopping up Luz-Saint-Sauveur that is booted Tourmalet. Before beginning the ascent Adolfo bought a pallet of cakes of all kinds because they had spent the control of supplies without taking the bag. Then everyone began to climb most important day, the Tourmalet, a port on this side is 19 km climb with an average gradient of 7.4%, a drop of 711 meters to 2115 meters crown elevation. I think it is a port that needs no introduction and that may not be the hardest in the world, but it is the most emblematic. Its average slope is not very high but its length makes it very hard to do, also the last part of the port, from the ski resort of Barèges, is practically devoid of vegetation and makes it look almost like snakes to finish minándote a little moral. That very point was one of those chosen by Fran and Isabel to mount the liquid refreshment I think we all thank you, take a chilly Aquarius in the middle of the climb teine \u200b\u200bno price. Before crown, the port gives you a ramp of about 15% to not forget him. Once above the harbor, the joy is immense and you feel for a moment like the champions that populate the walls of the bar that is at the top. After the photos with the poster of the harbor and the statue of the rider practically started falling because clouds emepzaban to worry and actually was starting to fall and starting to rain. I especially took a shivering that I would handle from one side to another without control. Then down in the village saw that it was not the only one that was freezing cold. Go through Luz-Saint-Sauveur and continue getting rid of the trail until you reach a rest area. In total 115 km of road with two ports of special category. When we stopped the reward prepared as chuletenoes, salads, pasta, etc.. courtesy of Chef Peter's father, will use that occurs with the barbecue. Once the food, the evening Hugo entertained us with the spectacle of the goat in the chair and the paso doble with the megaphone. Impressive as jumping from one chair to the face and moving goat put the "leg" for balance. After car trip back to the hotel, shower and drink the Laruns before going to bed. Altimetry and other data on the route will wear it then but as I forgot the charger from the GPS, I have only recorded data to Arrens Marsous Soulor in decline.

Small chronic Elizabeth (sister of Peter)

Thank you all for making me experience something so special, see crown a father and a son of only 14 large ports France, the joy of seeing the great Tourmalet crown Pedro Aguado, Hugo and Josete.
Play of the mouth of "proficient" up the Tourmalet "My burning warrior not let me leave"
Adolfo admirable, always coming up worrying of all, wondering where people went as they were, Adolfo Grande!

My brother Peter will not only weighed the late great Tourmalet ramps, but the responsibility of a job well done. I took 27 years to see my brother on a bicycle and race to race, all very exciting, but this experience has been very emotional and full of feelings that can not be explained, there are q live!
hope I do not take a long time back because I was about to !!!!! A hug

Shield to arduino practices for cyclist March

All of us associated with the electronic scene, we know that for PCB's (printed circuit boards) are often used more or less professional programs for its construction from a given schema. These programs can be ORCAD, EAGLE, PROTEUS, etc. But in many cases we may be killing flies with cannon fire, as they say. For example in the case of teaching middle-level vocational training or even technology that, we could use free ools that fully meet its mission and a very fast learning curve. This is the case with the tool I am presenting and I'm using in my classes "Electronics Digital and firmware "in the cycle average" consumer electronics. "This open source tool called Fritzinger as its motto states, we can make an entire application eletronic product from prototype to integrate perfectly with Arduino allowing fast and intuitive learning. In this article I will show the shield or plate for integration with arduino we do in class and then be used by students in practice. The aim of the plate is that it may perform operations most basic input / output, such as:
  • digital outputs via three LEDs on the outputs 11, 12 and 13.
  • digital input with a button connected to input 10.
  • PWM analogue output with an LED connected to output 11 of arduino.
  • analog input using a potentiometer connected to the input analog0.
  • Output 220 volt loads connected through a relay connected with the arduino exit 9.

The outline of the plate as shown in the tab Fritzinger scheme would be:
The compoenetes that were used to complete the circuit are:

  • 10k potentiometer R7 S1
  • R3 button
  • resistance
  • 10k R1, R2 and R6 220 ohm resistors
  • LED1, LED2, LED3 LED diodes
  • resistance of 1000 ohms R5
  • 194935 D1 K1 relay 5 volt transistor Q1 BC547B
  • strip J1 2-pin connection
The completion of the scheme with Fritzinger is very fast since it basically consists of dragging the components of the window "PARTIES", the design area for further interconnection with the mouse.
Once the scheme and giving in the tab "PCB" of Fritzinger, we can see all our misplaced components and put together by a series of lines that indicate their electrical connection. To make the PCB, it is essential to place a logical form as possible components in our plate, because a misplaced tracks will intersect Fritzinger and therefore will not be able to trace them without crossing in which case we propose the construction of a bridge to solventral the problem, but we can always resort to manual editing of the tracks to see if we can remove them.
In the present case, the placement that resulted in a printed circuit board was made a face:

In the picture above we can see the tab "PCB" with components placed and tracks laid. Fritzinger To help us to trace the tracks can give the bottom button of "autoroute" and if the track does not convince us we can edit the tracks and reassemble the components to our liking.
Once we have completed our PCB, we can give the button "Export to PDF etching." This option will create a PDF file ready to print at 1:1 scale that will allow the physical realization of our board.

The following images we can see the circuit as seen from the component side, viewed from the side of the tracks and inserted into the Arduino board.

Route "Pig-Boar" 02/04/2010

As every year at Easter, we planned a long route with mountain bike to regain strength after a meal. This year the route chosen was the "Pig-Boar" also called the "Chota" Goat "by Adolfo Caritoux. The route passes through El Carpio, San Martín de Montalbán, the castle of Montalban, Puebla de Montalbán and Torrijos. In total about 110 miles. The track of the route in gpx format courtesy of Alberto, you can download it here and kml format if you prefer to open the path directly to Google Earth you can download the here. Tiemblo Route Chestnut-Blocks 20 -3-2010 Maintenance of equipment

Well, for those of you eager to see the photos I am attaching a link to Picasa where you can download in high resolution. As for the route, I'm told fellow fat wheels that comment so that they know those of the "skinny", everything went perfectly, 3 hours 17 minutes pedals net giving a stunning setting, waiting for everyone to do not miss anyone and was eaten by wolves in the end, the worlds of YUPY translated into Mountain Bike. Have left a total of 47 miles of which almost half have been down and the other half way up. As soon as you try to hang a while the path in gpx format for those monsters in GPS or Google Maps. More or less time together and tell us about it at the top of the Sierra wind blew the rain that you almost pulled off the bike. In the Casillas people standing in a bar to recover energy and face the chestnuts ascensuón tremble and then down to the village. If you do "click" on any photo you can access Picasa and will download the photo in high resolution.
